Manchester United came from behind to beat Everton 2-1 at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon. Alex Iwobi gave the hosts a dream start, but Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford struck in the second half to secure all three points for United.
The result sees United move up to fifth in the Premier League table, while Everton remain in the relegation zone.
United started the game poorly and fell behind to Iwobi's goal in the fifth minute. The Nigerian midfielder was able to tap home after a poor clearance from David de Gea.
United improved after the break, and Garnacho equalised in the 55th minute with a fine solo goal. The Argentine winger picked up the ball on the left wing and drove into the Everton area before firing a low shot into the bottom corner.
Rashford scored the winner in the 82nd minute, heading home from close range after a cross from Bruno Fernandes. It was Rashford's first goal since returning from injury.
United held on for the win and moved up to fifth in the table, level on points with fourth-placed Newcastle United. Everton remain in 18th place, two points from safety.
